On 18 September at 5 pm Enrico Emanuele Corazzini, president of RethinkMOB, spoke at Blockchain Beach 2026 in Pescara. The talk was called “Who owns your journey? Blockchain and decentralised mobility”.

Blockchain Beach is run by the non-profit association Officina DeFi, and this year was its fifth edition. Through an Erasmus+ project with seven partners, it will also reach Girona and Paphos by 2028.

When we move we leave data behind: the route, the times, the stops, our habits. It usually stays in the systems of whoever provides the service, far from the people who produced it. The talk started from there and asked what would change if the answer to the question in the title were a different one.

For the occasion we also made a game, “Who are you when you move?”. It gives you eight situations in which someone asks for your travel data, and at the end it tells you which profile you are. Your answers stay on the page and we don't save them anywhere.
